SHOULD TEAMS WAIT TO BOOK THEIR ROOMS UNTIL AFTER THEY ARE ACCEPTED INTO THE EVENT?

No. The most popular hotels will sell out quickly. Therefore, we encourage you to book your rooms as soon as possible. In the event your team or group is not accepted to participate in the event, please go online to cancel your reservation immediately. Please be aware of hotel specific cancellation deadlines.

MAY I RESERVE MY ROOM DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL?

No. Please do not call the hotel to make your new reservation. Our hotel contracts do not allow hotels to take reservations directly. All reservations at partner hotels for listed events must be made through TEAMINN.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?

Making changes to your reservation is easy. Simply request the change online on our Contact Us page, send an email to support@myteaminn.com or call our reservations line at 888-832-6466. Please supply the following information: First and last name on the reservation, ARN number which can be found on your receipt and what specific change needs to be made.

HOW DO I HOLD A TEAM BLOCK?

  1. Through your booking link, Click “view rates” for hotel of your choice
  2. Review information and click “hold block”
  3. Complete the block hold form and submit
  4. Check your inbox for your group’s unique reservation link & be sure to send that out to all travelers

HOW CAN I BE SURE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS SECURE?

We use secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption, the standard encryption on the Internet. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information. SSL provides assurance that you are really doing business with us (and not an impostor) and that the information you are sending to us can not be intercepted or decrypted by anyone other than the intended recipient.
