HOW DOES TEAMINN MAKE IT SO EASY?

We have done much research and have developed a proprietary booking technology that is engineered to book easy. The team manager, coach, team mom or group leader, creates a team/group account. He or she invites team/group individuals to sign up and create their own personal account, where their preferences are stored (ie room types, number of rooms and credit card information. The best part about it is you only have to do it one time, that’s right one time not over and over for every time you travel. That is what our competitors make you do, take up your busy schedules booking hotel rooms, not us at TEAMINN. Now that manager can book for your entire team/group whether your group is a soccer team of 15 or a school band of 50, it’s that easy.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO MY RESERVATION?

It is simple log into your account on the mobile app or web, simply go to change reservations, make your change and hit save. You will receive an updated email with your changes.

WHY DOES ONE PERSON BOOK FOR OUR ENTIRE TEAM/GROUP?

We feel it is easier to cancel or modify a reservation than to worry about 20 people inside a team/group block making reservations on time, within the block, avoiding cutoff dates, to secure rooms and discounted rates at the team/group hotel. It is easier for a team manager or coach to act on behalf of the team/group.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

Simply log into your account on the mobile app or web. Go to change reservations, cancel your reservation, it’s that easy. You will then receive a cancellation number confirming your cancellation. Make sure it is within the cancellation policy required by the hotel selected.

WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We do not create hotel cancellation policies, we simply pass along the cancellation policy that the hotel you have selected has in place. If you have any questions about your cancellation policy, consult your confirmation email or call our customer service agents at 888-TEAMINN (832-6466).

HOW DO I MAKE ADDITIONAL RESERVATIONS?

Log into your account, click on “Manage Team” and select “Booked Hotels.” From here you can click on “View/edit Reservation.” This screen will allow you to add additional rooms for each of your users traveling.

WHY CAN’T I CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE?

In order to get you the lowest guaranteed rates for our guests, we book large room blocks with our hotel partners and leverage our buying (rates) power. The industry standard for large room blocks is different than for individual reservations, because there is greater liability for the hotel. If a hotel has a cancellation at the last minute, it is likely that the hotel will be unable to resell those rooms in a short time period. for this reason, groups benefit from the lowest rate guarantee, but are held to different cancellation requirements.
