HOW DO I REGISTER FOR MY EVENT?

Visit the Tournament’s Website to register or contact with the Tournament Director.

WHAT ARE THE TOURNAMENT POLICIES FOR MY EVENT?

All information regarding policies of specific events can be found on the Tournament Website that you are attending.

WHERE DO I FIND MY ARN NUMBER?

Your ARN number will be emailed to you right after you hit “CONFIRM BOOKING” when booking your reservation on the website.

WHO CAN HELP ME CHOOSE A GOOD HOTEL?

TEAMINN works diligently to find hotels for your events. TEAMINN’s booking link for your event has a real time list of sponsored hotels that you may choose from.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT HOTEL AMENITIES ARE INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING?

TEAMINN’s booking list includes a list of sponsored hotels for your event. Please reference each individual hotel on the link for their list of amenities, photos and maps.

WHO CAN I CONTACT ABOUT MY RESERVATION?

DO YOU CHARGE A PROCESSING/CONVENIENCE FEE?

Yes. A processing fee is charged to your credit/debit card at time of booking your reservation.

WHAT ARE THE INTERNET HOT DEALS?

We work closely with providers to deliver the lowest available rates anywhere on the Internet, anywhere in the world. In most cases, Internet Hot Deals are significantly lower than other online hotel booking websites. Internet-hot-deals are always displayed first for any city hotel search and are designated with a hot-deals link.

WHAT IS YOUR LOW RATE GUARANTEE?

All hotel reservations are guaranteed to be the lowest rate available, at the time of booking, for the dates requested and the same hotel. If you find a lower rate for the same dynamics the process is simple: Submit our Rate Guarantee Form within 24 hours of making the booking with us. We will either refund the difference or cancel the reservation without penalty. * This guarantee may not apply to special events or third party bookings. A refund may only be credited to the same credit card used to make the reservation.

HOW ACCURATE IS YOUR HOTEL AMENITIES INFORMATION?

The hotel information is actually updated by the hotel or hotel chain a number of times per year. Additionally, we strive to have the most accurate and complete hotel information available but we have to rely on the personnel at the hotel property to update and change information when appropriate. If you have specific requirements we recommend you contact the hotel to validate the amenity or service(s).

WHO CAN I CONTACT TO HELP ME?

IS THERE A FREE SHUTTLE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?

Some hotels do provide free shuttle services from the airport. This information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel.

DO HOTELS HAVE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS TO BOOK A ROOM?

Most hotels require a minimum age of 18 in order to book a room. Some require the guest(s) be 21. You can see requirements and other hotel amenities on the hotel’s property information pages.

WILL I GET A FREE BREAKFAST?

Some hotels include a free breakfast with each room night booked. That information can be found on the property information page for the specific hotel.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING AT THE HOTEL?

HOW CAN I BE SURE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS SECURE?

We use secure-socket-layer (SSL) encryption, the standard encryption on the Internet. This encryption allows our users to feel confident and secure about supplying their credit card and personal information. SSL provides assurance that you are really doing business with us (and not an impostor) and that the information you are sending to us cannot be intercepted or decrypted by anyone other than the intended recipient.

HOW DO I GET DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL?

Click the map link on the hotel property page. This map will give you the main cross streets and address of the hotel.

WHAT IS HEADS IN BEDS?

The ‘Heads In Beds’ program accurately reflects the number of visitors and participants they have in the event, and the economic impact they have on the city. They use this information, and other information, in determining their funding from the City for improvements to the Park. The gathering of the proper information DIRECTLY affects the cost of the fields, which DIRECTLY affects the cost of your entry fee. To keep entry fees at a minimum, many Tournament Directors require a strict enforcement of the program.

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR MY EVENT?

You may register for your event on the Tournament Website that you are attending or by getting in contact with the tournament director.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY RESERVATION WENT THROUGH?

If you did not receive an email with the RESERVATION NUMBER/ARN NUMBER, your reservation may not have gone through. Send an email to support@myteaminn.com or call our reservations line at 800-233-8326. (we also should do a reservation and see exactly what the terminology reads about confirmation after a reservation is made and add to this)
