WHO CAN I CONTACT ABOUT MY RESERVATION?

Prior to check in, you may contact TEAMINN by emailing support@myteaminn.com or by calling our Reservations Line.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR MY RESERVATION?

The cancellation policy for your reservation can be found on your receipt that was emailed to you right after you made your reservation.

HOW DO I HANDLE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Special requests such as crib, handicap accessible rooms, etc. may be written in the notes section when making your reservation. As always, call the hotel direct 1 week prior to check in to make sure request is on reservation.

CAN I MAKE THE RESERVATION BY PHONE?

We would be happy to help you make the reservation by phone if you are unable to complete the booking online directly through the booking link. If you need assistance you can call the toll-free number on our site. Our Reservations Team will be able to assist you.

HOW DO I GET MY BOOKING LINK?

There are multiple ways that you may receive your booking link:

  1. Search the Tournament’s Website for a TEAMINN booking link for the event you are attending
  2. Request a booking link through TEAMINN’s Request page.
  3. Ask your coach for the booking link.
  4. Ask your team mom/manager for the booking link.

I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY RESERVATION WENT THROUGH?

If you did not receive an email with the RESERVATION NUMBER/ARN NUMBER, your reservation may not have gone through. Send an email to support@myteaminn.com or call our reservations line at 800-233-8326. (we also should do a reservation and see exactly what the terminology reads about confirmation after a reservation is made and add to this)

WHAT DOES INSTANT CONFIRMATION MEAN?

We have provided you an actual reservation with an instant confirmation number, so there is nothing else that needs to be done. Behind the scenes we cause the provider to re-validate the reservation and acknowledge they are prepared for your arrival.

DO I PAY FOR THE ENTIRE RESERVATION AMOUNT OR DO I JUST MAKE A DEPOSIT TO HOLD THE ROOM?

It depends on what we have negotiated with the provider. Some of our providers require just a room night deposit to hold your room while others require pre-payment at the time of your reservation. Please refer to the amount displayed on the hotel confirmation page to see what your credit card will be charged upon making the reservation. Typically, those requiring pre-payment are offering significantly reduced rates.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED WITH THE PROPERTY?

You will receive an instant confirmation to your email address immediately following your reservation.

WHAT CREDIT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

You can make a reservation for someone else using our system. Just make sure you include that person’s name and information as the guest. You can have a different name and address for the guest and for the person paying with their credit card.

DO YOU INCLUDE TAXES IN THE TOTAL RATE?

Generally, yes we do provide rates and breakout the taxes for your convenience. However, occasionally a hotel will not provide us with their tax information and therefore we are unable to show that information to you. If you find a hotel that does not provide tax rate information, please call us and we’ll find out the tax information for you.

WHAT ARE ADDITIONAL FEES AND TAXES

Every city has their own tax rates. In some cases, there are additional fees imposed by providers, local, city, state and federal agencies. Taxes are computed on the hotel reservation amount and fees charged as predicated by the provider. Non-refundable deposits are periodically required to hold rooms for your arrival and to provide you the lowest rates.

WHAT IS THIS CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD?

CAN I BOOK A LAST-MINUTE ROOM FOR THE SAME DAY AS CHECK IN?

Some hotels allow us to book their rooms until 3:00pm on the day of arrival. Only those hotels that follow this policy will be displayed to you if your arrival date is the same day.

HOW DO I HOLD A BLOCK OF ROOMS FOR MY TEAM?

Reference your booking link to view an updated list of sponsored hotels. Once you find a hotel that fits your team’s needs, simply click on “view rates”

HOW DO I MAKE A NEW RESERVATION?

From your team’s personalized booking site, follow these 3 easy steps:

  1. Select your hotel and click view rates
  2. Choose your room type and click book rate
  3. Fill out the reservation form with your information, check the terms and conditions box, accept fee box then click CONFIRM RESERVATION
