HOW DO I HANDLE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Special requests such as crib, handicap accessible rooms, etc. may be written in the notes section when making your reservation. You may call the hotel direct 1 week prior to check in to make sure request is on reservation.

HOW DO I ADD A GUEST TO MY RESERVATION?

Simply request the change online on our Contact Us page, send an email to support@myteaminn.com or call our reservations line at 888-832.6466. Please supply the following information: First and last name on the reservation, ARN number which can be found on your receipt and the first and last name of the person you would like to add to the reservation.

HOW TO I EXTEND THE EXPIRATION OF MY HOLD BLOCK?

Extending your HOLD BLOCK date is easy. Simply request the change online on our Contact Us page, send an email to support@myteaminn.com or call our reservations line at 800-233-8326. Please provide name and date of tournament, TEAM name that the hold block is under and what date you would like this extended until.

HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO THE NAMES ON MY RESERVATION?

Simply request the change online through our requests page Simply request the change online on our Contact Us page, send an email to support@myteaminn.com or call our reservations line at 888-832.6466. Please supply the following information: ARN number which can be found on your receipt and which date you would like to add. Please keep in mind that this will NOT change the credit card that is on file with the specific reservation you are updating. The person making the original reservation still has their credit card on the reservation. When the new person that may have been added to the reservation arrives at the hotel, they will need to provide their own form of payment.

HOW DO I CANCEL A PORTION OF MY RESERVATION?

Please supply the following information: First and last name on the reservation, ARN number which can be found on your receipt and which date you would like to cancel.

WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT A PREVIOUS RESERVATION?

Please refer to your confirmation or go to the website and complete a Customer Service Request. Include your previous reservation amount along with your questions. A Customer Service Representative will contact you within 24 hours to answer your questions.
